Division 2 The breed society may apply different requirements for the conformity with the breed characteristics referred to in point 1(b) of this Chapter or the performance requirements referred to in point 1(c) of this Chapter depending on whether the animal:
United Kingdom
- (a)
belongs to the breed, although it has no known origin; or
- (b)
was obtained from a cross-breeding programme mentioned in the breeding programme approved in accordance with Article 8(3), and, where applicable, Article 12.
