# Council Regulation (EU) 2016/1051 of 24 June 2016 amending Regulation (EU) No 1387/2013 suspending the autonomous Common Customs Tariff duties on certain agricultural and industrial products, Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 July 2016.
However, TARIC code ‘ex 8708 99 97 50’ shall apply from 1 January 2016.
