  "text": "Overseas countries and territories\nWithin the meaning of this Annex ‘overseas countries and territories’ shall mean the countries and territories referred to in Part Four of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union listed below:\n(This list does not prejudge the status of these countries and territories, or future changes in their status.)\n1.. Country having special relations with the Kingdom of Denmark:\nGreenland.\n2.. Overseas territories of the French Republic:\nNew Caledonia and Dependencies,\nFrench Polynesia,\nFrench Southern and Antarctic Territories,\nWallis and Futuna Islands.\n3.. Territorial collectivities of the French Republic:\nSaint Pierre and Miquelon.\n4.. Caribbean part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands:\nAruba,\nBonaire,\nCuraçao,\nSaba,\nSint Eustatius,\nSint Maarten.\n5.. British overseas countries and territories:\nAnguilla,\nCayman Islands,\nFalkland Islands,\nSouth Georgia and South Sandwich Islands,\nMontserrat,\nPitcairn,\nSaint Helena, Ascension Island, Tristan da Cunha,\nBritish Antarctic Territory,\nBritish Indian Ocean Territory,\nTurks and Caicos Islands,\nBritish Virgin Islands.",
