  "text": "When the products enter an ACP State other than the country of origin, a further period of validity of four months shall begin on the date on which the customs authorities in the country of transit enter the following in box 7 of the movement certificate EUR.1:\nthe word ‘transit’,\nthe name of the country of transit,\nthe official stamp, a specimen of which had been made available to the Commission, in conformity with Article 31, and\nthe date of the endorsements.",
