  "text": "1. The ACP States shall send the Commission specimens of the stamps used together with the addresses of the customs authorities competent to issue movement certificates EUR.1 and carry out the subsequent verification of movement certificates EUR.1 and invoice declarations.\nMovement certificates EUR.1 and invoice declarations shall be accepted for the purpose of applying preferential treatment from the date the information is received by the Commission.\nThe Commission shall send that information to the customs authorities of the Member States.\n2. In order to ensure the proper application of this Annex, the Union, the OCT and the ACP States shall assist each other, through the competent customs administrations, in checking the authenticity of movement certificates EUR.1, invoice declarations or supplier's declarations and the correctness of the information given in those documents.\nThe authorities consulted shall provide the relevant information concerning the conditions under which a product has been made, indicating in particular the conditions in which the rules of origin have been complied with in the various ACP States, Member States and OCT concerned.",
