# Regulation (EU) 2016/1076 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2016 applying the arrangements for products originating in certain states which are part of the African, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) Group of States provided for in agreements establishing, or leading to the establishment of, economic partnership agreements (recast), Annex V: CUSTOMS DUTIES OF THE EU ON PRODUCTS ORIGINATING IN SOUTH AFRICA

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Products originating in South Africa shall be imported into the EU in accordance with the treatment set out for South Africa in Annex I to the SADC EPA, as stipulated in Article 24(2) thereof.
Articles 9 to 20 of this Regulation apply to South Africa.
