  "text": "The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 22 concerning technical amendments to Article 6 and Articles 9 to 20 which may be required as a result of differences between this Regulation and agreements signed with provisional application or concluded in accordance with Article 218 TFEU with the regions or states listed in Annex I.",
