# Council Regulation (EU) 2016/1104 of 24 June 2016 implementing enhanced cooperation in the area of jurisdiction, applicable law and the recognition and enforcement of decisions in matters of the property consequences of registered partnerships, Article 12: Counterclaims

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The court in which proceedings are pending pursuant to Article 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 or 11 shall also have jurisdiction to rule on a counterclaim if it falls within the scope of this Regulation.
