Article 11 Entry into force and application

This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

It shall apply as from 1 October 2016. However, as regards buying-in to public intervention, Part II of Annex I shall apply from 1 July 2017.
