  "text": "Payment of the aid shall be made not later than 120 days following the date on which an application for payment is lodged provided that the obligations of the contract have been met.\nHowever, if an administrative inquiry is under way, payment shall not be made until entitlement has been recognised.\nThis Article does not apply in relation to private storage aid schemes in Wales.",
