Article 46 Compliance monitoring for transmission-connected distribution facilities

With regard to compliance monitoring of the reactive power requirements applicable to transmission-connected distribution facilities:

1. (a)

   the transmission-connected distribution facility shall be equipped with necessary equipment to measure the active and reactive power, in accordance with Article 15; and

2. (b)

   the relevant system operator shall specify the time frame for compliance monitoring.
