  "text": "With regard to compliance monitoring of the reactive power requirements applicable to transmission-connected demand facilities:\n(a) the transmission-connected demand facility shall be equipped with necessary equipment to measure the active and reactive power, in accordance with Article 15; and\n(b) the relevant system operator shall specify the time frame for compliance monitoring.",
