After having completed a plausibility and admissibility check, Member States shall notify the Commission in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 792/2009f1 of all admissible and plausible aid applications by 16.00 (Brussels time) on the third working day following the relevant time limit for the receipt of applications as referred to in Article 2(2).
