# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/1825 of 6 September 2016 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) No 901/2014 with regard to the administrative requirements for the approval and market surveillance of two- or three-wheel vehicles and quadricycles (Text with EEA relevance), Article 2

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the first day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Point 2 of the Annex shall apply from 1 September 2017.
