# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/19 of 8 January 2016 establishing the allocation coefficient to be applied to the quantities covered by the applications for import licences lodged from 4 January 2016 to 5 January 2016 under the tariff quota opened by Regulation (EC) No 1918/2006 for olive oil originating in Tunisia, Article 1

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. The quantities covered by the applications for import licences under the quota with order number 09.4032 and referred to in Article 2(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1918/2006 lodged from 4 January 2016 to 5 January 2016 shall be multiplied by an allocation coefficient of 74,495088 %.
2. The submission of new applications for import licences under the quota with order number 09.4032 and referred to in Article 2(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1918/2006, is suspended as from 11 January 2016 for the current quota period.
