  "text": "1. A third-country firm shall provide the information referred to in Article 46(5) of Regulation (EU) No 600/2014 to the clients in a durable medium.\n2. The information referred to in Article 46(5) of Regulation (EU) No 600/2014, shall be:\n(a) provided in English or in the official language, or one of the official languages, of the Member State where the services are to be provided;\n(b) presented and laid out in a way that is easy to read, using characters of readable size;\n(c) without using colours that may diminish the comprehensibility of the information.",
