# Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2016/2030 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016 amending Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 883/2013, as regards the secretariat of the Supervisory Committee of the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF), Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the first day of the month following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 January 2017.
