A F1UK plant passport may only be issued for the movement of a plant, plant product or other object F2within Great Britain if the plant, plant product or other object fulfils the following requirements:

  1. (a)

    it is free from F3GB quarantine pests and provisional GB quarantine pests;

  2. (b)

    it complies with the provisions of Article 37(1) concerning the presence of F4GB regulated non-quarantine pests on plants for planting and the provisions of Article F537(4A) concerning the measures to be taken;

  3. (c)

    it complies with the requirements F6... referred to in Article 41F7(1B);

  4. (d)

    where applicable, it complies with F8any requirements specified in regulations made under Article 28(1) or 30(1);

  5. (e)

    where applicable, it complies with F9any measures adopted by the competent F10authority for the eradication of F11GB quarantine pests pursuant to Article 17(1) or F12the eradication of provisional GB quarantine pests pursuant to regulations made under Article 30(1).
