Article 29 Records and communication

Verifiers shall keep records to demonstrate compliance with this Regulation, including as regards the competence and impartiality of their personnel.

Verifiers shall safeguard the confidentiality of information obtained in the course of the verification, in accordance with the harmonised standard referred to in Article 27.
