  "text": "This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nConsignments of feed and food referred to in points (l), (m) and (n) of Article 1(1) which left the country of origin prior to the entry into force of this Regulation may be imported into the Union without being accompanied by a health certificate and the results of sampling and analysis.",
