# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/2148 of 7 December 2016 laying down rules for the management and distribution of textile quotas established for the year 2017 under Regulation (EU) 2015/936 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Article 5

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply as from 1 January 2017.
