# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/2243 of 13 December 2016 amending Regulation (EC) No 341/2007 as regards the import tariff quota for garlic originating in China, Article 2: Entry into force and application

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 January 2017.
