Article 3 Amendment to Regulation (EC) No 910/2009

Regulation (EC) No 910/2009 is amended as follows:

1. (1)

   in the title, the term ‘Lallemand SAS’ is replaced by the term ‘Danstar Ferment AG’;

2. (2)

   in column 2 of the Annex, the term ‘Lallemand SAS’ is replaced by the term ‘Danstar Ferment AG represented by Lallemand SAS’.
