Article 11 Designated ports

F1A fisheries administration must designate the ports in which any landing or transhipment of deep-sea species or any mixture thereof in excess of 100 kg is to take place. F2...

2.

No quantity of any mixture of deep-sea species in excess of 100 kg may be landed at any place other than the ports which have been designated by F3a fisheries administration pursuant to paragraph 1.
