# Council Regulation (EU) 2016/277 of 25 February 2016 amending Regulation (EC) No 765/2006 concerning restrictive measures in respect of Belarus, Article 1

Regulation (EC) No 765/2006 is amended as follows:
(1) in Article 2, paragraph 6 is deleted;
(2) Article 8b is deleted;
(3) Annex IV is deleted.
