  "text": "SECURITY AND SAFETY DOCUMENT (SSD)\nCHAPTER I\nSpecimen of the Security and Safety Document\nCHAPTER II\nExplanatory notes and particulars (data) for the Security and Safety Document\nThe form contains header level information and the information for one item of goods.\nThe information contained in the Security and Safety Document shall be based on data provided for the entry or exit summary declaration; where necessary, that information will be amended by the person lodging the summary declaration and/or verified by the office of entry or exit respectively.\nThe Security and Safety Document shall be completed by the person lodging the summary declaration.\nIn addition to the provisions in the explanatory notes of appendices A and C1, particulars have to be printed as follows:\n1.. Box MRN — Movement Reference Number as defined in Appendix G1 or ad-hoc references issued by the customs office. The MRN shall be printed on first page and on all lists of items;\n2.. Customs office:\nReference number of the office of entry/exit;\n3.. Box Declaration type (1):\nCodes ‘IM’ or ‘EX’ according to whether the document contains Entry summary declaration or exit summary declaration data;\n4.. Box Reference number (7):\nEnter LRN — LRN — a local reference number as defined in Appendix C2;\n5.. Box First place arr.cde (S11):\nFirst place of arrival code;\n6.. Box Date/time arr. first place cust. Terr. (S12):\nEnter date and time of arrival at first place of arrival in Customs territory;\n7.. Box T.C.M.paym.cde (S29):\nEnter transport charges method of payment code;\n8.. Box UNDG (S27) — UN Dangerous Goods code;\n9.. Box Other SCI (S32):\nEnter other specific circumstance indicator.\nThe Security and Safety Document shall not be modified nor shall any addition or deletion be made thereto unless otherwise specified in this Regulation.",
