  "text": "Until the dates of deployment of the UCC Notification of Arrival, Presentation Notification, and Temporary Storage systems referred to in the Annex to Implementing Decision 2014/255/EU, customs authorities may allow for means other than electronic data processing techniques to be used for the lodging of a notification of arrival of a sea-going vessel or of an aircraft in accordance with Article 133 of the Code.",
