# Regulation (EU) 2016/424 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2016 on cableway installations and repealing Directive 2000/9/EC (Text with EEA relevance), Division 2.6.3

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The safeguards referred to in points 2.6.1 and 2.6.2 shall apply throughout the period between two scheduled inspections of the component concerned. The time period for the scheduled inspection of the safety components shall be clearly indicated in the instruction manual.
