  "text": "In the case of vehicles equipped with disconnectable fittings, all measures shall be taken to bring to a halt, without risk to passengers or operating personnel, at the moment of departure, any vehicle whose fitting has been incorrectly connected to the cable and, at the moment of arrival, any vehicle whose fitting has not been disconnected, and to prevent the vehicle from falling.",
