# Regulation (EU) 2016/424 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2016 on cableway installations and repealing Directive 2000/9/EC (Text with EEA relevance), Division 5.4

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

If a lot is rejected, the approved body or the Secretary of State shall take appropriate measures to prevent the placing on the market of that lot. In the event of the frequent rejection of lots, the approved body may suspend the statistical verification and take appropriate measures.
