# Regulation (EU) 2016/424 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2016 on cableway installations and repealing Directive 2000/9/EC (Text with EEA relevance), Division 6

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The manufacturer shall, for a period of 30 years after the subsystem or safety component has been placed on the market, keep at the disposal of the Secretary of State:
(a)the technical documentation referred to in point 3.1(c);
(b)the documentation concerning the quality system referred to in point 3.1(d);
(c)the information relating to the change referred to in point 3.5 as approved;
(d)the decisions and reports of the approved body referred to in points 3.3, 3.5, 4.3 and 4.4.
