  "text": "The Secretary of State must monitor each approved body with a view to verifying that the body—\nThe Commission shall make that information publicly available.\na) continues to meet—\ni) the approved body requirements; and\nii) any conditions set by the Secretary of State under Article 21(6)(b); and\nb) carries out its functions in accordance with this Regulation.",
