  "text": "The Commission shall, at the latest by 20 April 2019, review the list of diseases contained in Annex II. Should it be apparent from that review that an application of the rules set out in this Regulation requires amendments to be made to Annex II, by adding to or deleting from the list contained therein, such amendments shall be adopted by the Commission at the latest by the deadline referred to in the first sentence of this Article.",
