  "text": "The competent authority shall continue to apply the preliminary disease control measures provided for in Article 55(1) and Article 56 until the presence of the listed disease in question, as referred to in point (a) of Article 9(1), has been ruled out on the basis of the information referred to in Article 58(1) or rules adopted pursuant to Article 58(2).",
