When exchanging information on serious infringements through ERRU, in accordance with Article 13(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1072/2009 or Article 23(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1073/2009, the Member State of infringement shall notify the Member State of establishment in the event of one or more infringements committed by a transport undertaking, in the frame of Article 16 of Regulation (EC) No 1071/2009. The notification shall be carried out by sending an Infringement Notification Request.
