  "text": "Part E of Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008, food category 02.2.2 ‘Other fat and oil emulsions including spreads as defined by Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 and liquid emulsions’ is amended as follows:\n(a) the following entry is inserted after the entry for food additive E 385:\n‘\nE 392\nExtracts of rosemary\n100\n(41) (46)\nonly spreadable fats with a fat content less than 80 %\n’\n(b) the following footnotes are added after footnote (4):\n‘\n(41):\nExpressed on fat basis\n(46):\nAs the sum of carnosol and carnosic acid\n’",
