  "text": "1. The regulatory authority must maintain a register of all derogations it has granted or refused.\n2. The register shall contain, in particular:\n(a) the requirement or requirements for which the derogation is granted or refused;\n(b) the content of the derogation;\n(c) the reasons for granting or refusing the derogation;\n(d) the consequences resulting from granting the derogation.",
