  "text": "This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nThe following points of Article 1 shall apply from the date indicated for them:\n(a) point (1) shall apply from 7 May 2017;\n(b) points (2) and (3) shall apply from 1 January 2016;\n(c) point (8) shall apply from 7 November 2016.",
