  "text": "1. The Secretary of State must from time to time—\n(a) carry out a review of this Regulation;\n(b) set out the conclusions of the review in a report; and\n(c) publish the report.\n2. The report must in particular—\n(a) set out the use of the powers to make regulations at Article 4(3A), Article 4(8), Article 7 and Article 8;\n(b) set out any other matters the Secretary of State considers relevant in respect of the powers referred to at paragraph 2(a).\n3. The first report must be published before the end of the period of five years beginning with the date on which the Prevention of Trade Diversion (Key Medicines) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 come into force.",
