  "text": "This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nIt shall apply from 2 March 2016.\nHowever, Annex IC shall apply from 15 June 2019 with the exception of Appendix 16 which shall apply from 2 March 2016 .",
