  "text": "Where a declaration for release for free circulation is presented in respect of imports of aluminium road wheels of vehicles of CN heading 8716, whether or not with their accessories and whether or not fitted with tyres, and currently falling within CN code ex 8716 90 90, TARIC code 8716 90 90 10 shall be entered in the relevant field of that declaration.\nMember States shall, on a monthly basis, inform the Commission of the number of units imported under this code, and of their origin.",
