  "text": "Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/1090\nof 20 June 2017\nimplementing Article 17(1) of Regulation (EU) No 224/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in the Central African Republic\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EU) No 224/2014 of 10 March 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in the Central African Republic, and in particular Article 17(1) thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 10 March 2014, the Council adopted Regulation (EU) No 224/2014.\n(2)\nOn 17 May 2017, the United Nations Security Council Committee, established pursuant to United Nations Security Council Resolution 2127 (2013), added one person to the list of persons and entities subject to restrictive measures. On 24 May 2017, the Council adopted Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/890 adding this person to Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 224/2014.\n(3)\nThe information relating to this person should be completed and the Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 224/2014 should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
