# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/1112 of 22 June 2017 amending Regulation (EC) No 3199/93 on the mutual recognition of procedures for the complete denaturing of alcohol for the purposes of exemption from excise duty, Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Article 1 shall apply from 1 August 2017.
