  "text": "The gross tonnage of fishing vessels existing on 1 January 1995 with a length overall of less than 15 metres is defined as:\nGT = K1 · V\nwhere V is volume, given by:\nV = a2 (Loa · B1 · T1)\nwhere:\nLoa length overall (Article 2 of this Regulation)\nB1 breadth in metres according to the 1969 Convention\nT1 depth in metres according to the 1969 Convention\na2 a function of Loa\nThe functions a1 and a2 are specified together with ... detailed rules for the application of the formulae in Commission Decision 95/84/EC concerning the implementation of the Annex to Council Regulation (EEC) No. 2930/86 defining the characteristics of fishing vessels.",
