  "text": "1. Measures to ensure the conformity of production shall be taken in accordance with the provisions of Article 31 of Regulation (EU) 2018/858.\nIn addition, the provisions laid down in Section 4 of Annex I to this Regulation and the relevant statistical method in Appendices 1 and 2 to that Annex shall apply.\n2. Conformity of production shall be checked on the basis of the description in the type-approval certificate set out in Appendix 4 to Annex I to this Regulation.",
