Division Other

Prices shall be established in line with the methodology published by the Commission and shall relate to:

1. (a)

   bulk white sugar prices ex-factory for sugar of a standard quality as defined in point B II of Annex III to Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 collected from sugar undertakings and refiners;

2. (b)

   sugar beet price for sugar beet of a standard quality as defined in point B I of Annex III to Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 paid by sugar undertakings to producers. The beet shall be attributed to the same marketing year as the sugar extracted from it.
