Article 1 Form and content of applications and requests

1.

An application or a request for the establishment of maximum residue limits (MRLs) shall be submitted to F1the appropriate authority electronically.

2.

The particulars and documents accompanying an application or a request for the establishment of MRLs shall be presented in accordance with the requirements set out in the Annex.

F23.

In this Regulation, “appropriate authority” is to be read in accordance with Article 2(4) and (5).
