# Council Regulation (EU) 2017/127 of 20 January 2017 fixing for 2017 the fishing opportunities for certain fish stocks and groups of fish stocks, applicable in Union waters and, for Union fishing vessels, in certain non-Union waters (revoked), Division 7.3: A Member State wishing to benefit from the system referred to in point 7.1. shall submit a request to the Commission, for the regulated gear and special conditions as laid down in Table I, with reports in electronic format containing the details of the calculation based on:
