  "text": "The protection provided under Article 1 is without prejudice to the transitional period granted by France pursuant to the Order of 29 October 2015 concerning the approval of the specification for the name ‘Raclette de Savoie’, published on 7 November 2015 in the Official Journal of the French Republic under Article 15(4) of Regulation (EU) No 1151/2012, in favour of operators meeting the conditions of that Article.",
