  "text": "All questions under Section A shall be completed for each of the invasive alien species included on the Union list referred to under Article 4(1) of Regulation (EU) No 1143/2014 in force by the end of the last calendar year covered by the report.\nFor each of the species of regional concern for which, by the same date, an implementing act pursuant to Article 11(2) of Regulation (EU) No 1143/2014 has entered into force, only questions 1 to 5 and 11 to 17 shall be completed.",
